Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 to addresses within the United States.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping within the United States: 7–15 business days after dispatch.

All product prices are fully inclusive of taxes and any applicable fees. There are no hidden charges — the price you see is the price you pay.

30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, free of charge. Items must be in original condition.

Lifetime Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects
All GearMoor products are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status online.
